As far as I can remember ...

GO INTO ALL THE EARTH has been on my heart because of my radical encounter with Jesus Christ. He is awesome !! Read on.

This morning I was praying and I thought about something that touched me when i was a little kid, and it As far as I can remember God has given me His heart of compassion but for many years I used it for all the wrong reasons, but I was still searching for love. Even as I roamed the streets aimlessly, God had a plan for my life. When I tried to drown out my pain with drugs he was there and when I attempted to hurt others because of the pain in my heart He was there for me, as I know He is there for you today.

As far as I can remember whenever I would see someone without a family, or a movie with orphans in it especially when they were not being cared for properly I would begin to cry inside, and sometimes tears would stream my face in the bathroom where no one else was. This desire to see the lost saved was planted by God and no devil in hell can stop the plans of God amen!

If I was hurting you would know and if I was joyful you would know, but the compassion for people, for souls has always been there I just tucked it aside. I love God so much now and I truly love people I just cannot walk by them without giving them a real genuine hope for eternal life. Gods love burns inside me like a furnace and as far as I can remember it always has and it always will!

My problem for many years was I opened up my heart and life to corruption and sin. When Jesus radically saved me, I saw that He not only had a great plan for my life, but I realized i would go through levels of persecution and suffering. I would need to view my life as not my own but His. I would need to live to love Him and love others genuinely and sacrificially.

James 1:27 [NLT] "pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you."

Isaiah 61:1-2 [NLT] "The Spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners freed. He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord favor has come, and with it, the day of Gods anger against their enemies."

Psalm 68:4-6 [NLT] "Sing praises to God and to His name! Sing loud praises to him who rides the clouds. His name is the Lord - rejoice in His presence! Father to the fatherless, defender of widows - this is God whose dwelling is holy. God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy, but he makes the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land."

As I was typing these scriptures and even as I have been thinking and praying this morning I realized just how much pain I brought myself through and put others through. It was all meaningless and selfish. But Gods grace and Gods plans are so much better, because it didn't
stop there.

He has called me out, and I have responded to His call. I cannot take credit for what he has done, I can only declare that as I bowed my knees to Jesus He saved me, He healed me and He delivered me from the grip of satan and darkness. Now I am honored to preach the Gospel, the greatest news about Jesus the Messiah everywhere I am gifted an open door, and I am not ashamed, I am blessed.

So no matter where you find yourself today, rest assured that God has a place for you in His Kingdom, in His family. Don't roam around in a sun-scorched land. God will come through and He will take care of your enemies even if there are many He will raise up an army for His dear beloved child. Seek Him while He may be found and He will give you rest.

Dont let the dreams and the visions God has given you fade away. Also help raise up others to know Jesus it is the greatest relationship anyone will ever enter into. Pray and seek the Lord, let the Holy Spirit fill you up completely and let God clean you up. You are never to dirty for Jesus to love you and heal you.

I want to share with you this link, it is to my book, which is in pre-order status right now. It is a raw and real version of my life, and how God radically set me free from sin's power. You can view more about this book HERE - JEDSBOOK.COM

Mystery Location reveal: Morris Brown College ATL

In Daytona Beach, Florida, a group of believers prayed for direction (on 1.4.2013) for Lets Go Ministry Atlanta mission’s trip and threw three darts at a map of the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The first dart landed on the campus of Morris Brown College. Our intent was to pray for whomever we might find there. We use creative ministry tools thought up by team members and inspired by the Holy Spirit for each mission, helping bring suspense and success.

Outreach at Morris Brown College on January 9, 2013 is a day we will never forget.  As we pulled up to the corner of Vine and MLKJR Blvd to our ministry location down town Atlanta Ga, to our surprise 95% of the buildings boarded up. We knew God brought us to this location, so we parked in faith. As we walked around the buildings, past the abandoned stadium (which was built for the 1996 ATL Olympics) and abandon police cars and trucks we began to pray over the property for healing and restoration. As we were walking across a footbridge and praying we came across a building that had an unusual memorial sign, signifying “Victory Campaign 1944”; and on it were all the contributors. This stood out to us.

One of our Co-Laborers Russell Holloway, had it on his heart to pray for these descendants, that they would be blessed and the original vision the men had for the college would not be forgotten. We all came in agreement laid our hands together and asked God for breakthrough!

A Police officer just around the corner ended up being a huge breakthrough in this mission. He is a born again Christian, on site security Police officer. We asked him about the property, and why it was all boarded up.

He said MBC went through major changes due to a major failure and financial situation years ago. Part of the school is still running but not much. The whole time we were talking to the officer, my heart was touched. The officer said a few things that grabbed my attention, pointed us over to the admin building and right away I knew I was being led to go there and pray with the President of the school.

I had no idea how this would happen but I knew it was going to happen somehow. So I explained to Will and Russell what was on my heart and we headed into the admin building.

God was setting this up and no one could shake it off. We entered the school and I approached the secretary. Introduced myself and our purpose: “we are here to pray with the President of your college”. She smiled, and went in the back, and when she returned she was with the President of Morris Brown College Dr. Stanley J. Pritchett Sr.

I showed Dr Stanley a picture of the dart from my phone and the vision of our mission, and he was excited immediately. He wanted his whole staff to see it and for us to share with them personally. He called in about 13 staff members and opened the door for us to hear their hearts. We prayed and ministered to the entire staff, Will J. Dineen handed out our story tracts to everyone too. Two ladies in the room were descendants of some on the plaque who we prayed for; confirming what God was establishing.

Many had their cell phones out, taking pictures and video during the ministry time. They highly encouraged us, by their persistence in the midst of all we heard about. We kept speaking life and for the original vision to be kept strong and alive.

What really stood out to our team was how God used each of us. God’s heart is heavy for this school, and their property. He has forgiven the sins of past, and is reviving the vision. Just as God spoke to us as a team, we spoke it to these leaders.

Dr Stanley and his staff continued to express their amazement with how we met, over-joyed and impressed. The excitement of whats happening here still excites us and i know there is more.

I have already re-connected with President Dr. Stanley J. Pritchett, Sr. of Morris Brown College, and I shared a word God gave to me for him and his staff from my heart and how I want to help in any way I can; also affirming the words spoken by our team. Even though I have read some of the history, successes and failures, I see God is doing something amazing here and He sent us with a purpose to MBC; restoration, healing and the furtherance of the Gospel rising up in this generation. (Learn about MBC or Morris Brown College)

Here is a picture (taken by Russell) of us after the ministry time: Also, if you would like to learn more about how you can help this school rebuild, contact us right away.

I want to give all the glory to Jesus Christ for this great impact. Also to our ATL mystery mission team (Will Dineen, Russell Holloway, Lets Go Ministry Executive board, intercessory team, Church support and financial team for making the vision and mission possible) for paving the way in prayer and prophetic insight.
